Warehouse Supervisor
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assists the delivery driver in loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle
- Ensures all items are packed securely and transported without any damage
- Verifies delivery orders for accuracy before and after delivery
- Provides friendly and professional customer service during deliveries
- Collects payments or signatures as required
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws while assisting with deliveries
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Reports any delivery issues, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field
- Experience in warehouse and people management
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Warehouse Checker
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tamang pagsuri at pagtiyak ng kawastuhan ng mga picklist para sa araw-araw na delivery
- Pagsagawa at pagpapanatili ng wastong monitoring para sa pang-araw-araw na pag-u-ulat
- Wastong pagpasa sa encoder ng mga Merchandise Return Slip (MRS) na kanselado o may bad order mula sa account
- Pagsuri at pagtiyak ng katumpakan ng mga kanseladong transaksyon na naproseso ng encoder
- Pagsasagawa ng inventory sa katapusan ng bawat buwan
- Pagtanggap ng stocks mula sa principal
- Pagtatala at pagsaayos ng mga dokumento tulad ng picklists at delivery monitoring
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable with MS Office applications
- Knowledgeable with inventory
- Physically fit for warehousing duties

Accounting Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares financial reports and supporting schedules
- Reviews and monitors branch revolving fund and expenses
- Reviews and monitors branch collections and daily deposits
- Performs daily bank reconciliation
- Performs daily and monthly inventory count and reconciliations
- Coordinates internal audits and participates in the formulation of accounting policies
- Oversees accounting staff and monitors accountable forms
- Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Must be an Accountancy graduate
- Must have at least 5 years of experience, with background in AR, AP, Treasury, Inventory and General Accounting
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Quickbooks, SAP, ERP Next and/or equivalent Accounting Software
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and management skills
